The trial will offer you one daily self-kindness goal and practice over a 3 day period, self-guided (to navigate easily yourself) with your own private online space using the tools provided.

Cultivate self-kindness with a calm, clear and connected approach to any situation with a monthly subscription plan. Plans include: weekly programme support email message (Beginner Plan), guided programme support live chat sessions with Kind Caller (Personalised Plan), and one-to-one programme conversations with Kind Caller (Connected Plan). A monthly subscription starts from $49 per week, per person (billed monthly).
Beginner Plan

Starting on the Beginner Plan, you’ll access the online Self-kindness programme to develop self-care practices with a new weekly practice to easily navigate and follow. You’ll receive one weekly support email message and regular kind progress reminders to practice staying calm, clear and connected.
Personalised Plan

Access to: Resilience Programme
Progress to the Personalised Plan to access the online Resilience programme while staying focussed on your self-kindness goal. You’ll receive a new fortnightly personalised self-awareness practice, and six 20 minute guided live chat sessions with Kind Caller to practice staying calm and clear and connected for whenever a new challenge arises.
Connected Plan
Duration: 12 weeks online

Access to: Wellbeing Programme
Complete your practice with a Connected Plan to access the online Wellbeing programme and engage in mindful wellbeing conversations once a month, with three 40 minute live one-to-one conversations with Kind Caller, regular journaling, and shared insights to cultivate a calm, clear and connected sense of personal wellbeing.
